"The outdoor patio and rooftop dining of Vines is the key to summertime.I was walking down Clark just past Cubby Bear and saw the Vines onClark sign. I went in and was excited about the atmosphere and theenthusiasm of the staff. I dined on the rooftop and ate homemade pastaand the best dessert ever-plum tart. I definitely recommend thisrestaurant.
