CB: What do you like best about playing a live show in your home town, Chicago!?

SP: There are so many great things about playing in your hometown – every thing from sleeping in your own bed, eating at home, the short drive, etc but the very best thing about playing Chicago is we are HOME – we are going to have room full of our friends and fans that know every word and are psyched to sing and dance along!

CB: What is your personal New Year’s Resolution?

SP: Get in better shape as cliché as that is – I have let myself go a little since I got back from my other bands European Tour…

CB: ….think you’ll keep it?

SP: Yes, absolutely, I am a very stubborn and motivated person!

CB: If you could say one thing to your biggest Chicago fan, what would it be?

SP: Thank you so much – it makes my life that you get something out of our music!

CB: What is the most shocking fact about LBC?

SB: We have been the SAME line up since ’97 without a single change – next June is going to be our 15 year anniversary!

CB: What is your favorite song to perform live?

SB: Child’s Play or Closer To Our Graves

CB: Any tips or advice for aspiring rockers?

SB: Be yourself, be real and be realistic – if you are making and playing music to have fun and as a release – good things will naturally follow.  If you are out there trying to “make it” – people will see through it.

CB: What is your favorite on-tour memory w/ LBC?

SB: One of our first trips out was a drive all the way down to AZ – it was 33 hours straight… we were going stir crazy by the time we pulled into town and wanted to blow up the van.  That all changed when we turned on the radio and we heard our song for the first time on air outside of Chicago  Pretty awesome memory.
